Are you connected with a school or education group? Interested in bringing a group of young people for an English Camp? We would love to host you! We’ll arrange immigration assistance, housing, transportation, meals, entertainment, plenty of activities, and—of course—weekday English classes. Our goal is a great balance of fun and study.
We guarantee a safe and memorable study and cultural experience in the Philippines!
Camp classes follow our 4-hours-per-day program: American Pronunciation, Grammar, Conversation, and Reading. We schedule three classes in the morning and one after lunch. The day begins at 9:00 AM and finishes the last class at 2:00 PM.
Sleeping accommodations can use our in-house facilities (when available) or nearby tourist hotels. See the HOUSING OPTIONS page for more details.
Afternoons after school and weekends are available for activities. We have a portfolio of fun options—simply choose, and we’ll handle the arrangements. Once we see your overall plan, we may recommend scheduling a couple of rest afternoons so the kids don’t get too tired.
We’ll also organize trips to SM Seaside mall where campers can eat, play, and shop.
As a special treat, campers will often interact with our family— including our 13 American-English-speaking grandchildren (ages 1–16)! We’ll plan social events where campers can spend time and speak lots of English with them.
You won’t find this opportunity at any other school in Cebu!
Camps run a minimum of 1 week and require at least 6 children. We’ll coordinate a balance of study and play to match your goals. Afternoons can be as full—or as open— as you like. Whatever you want, we’ll do our best to make it happen!
Groups with campers under 15 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone who will act as guardian and assist with special airport immigration requirements on arrival and departure. See the ABOUT IMMIGRATION page for details.
Your quotation will be all-inclusive: lesson materials and instruction, all transportation, immigration processing, entrance fees, scheduled snacks/meals, and all government taxes and service fees. We also include costs for adult chaperones. We total the itinerary you approve, then divide by the number of campers.
Not included: mobile phone service, personal shopping, snacks and meals at the mall, and meals at any all-day activity site that aren’t included in the venue’s entrance fee. Campers should bring extra spending money.

We have a meal program available for our students. Charges for the meal plans are not included in our study package quotation. The meal program is an add-on that students will choose once they arrive at ETHOS. Here are the options and the costs per week for each one:
We will cook food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Arrangements will be done on a week-by-week basis while students are with us. They will pay for their desired meal plan on Friday for their meals during the following week. Our different meal plan options are only available on weekdays (Monday through Friday). Meals on weekends and school holidays during the week are NOT included. Very Important: There will be no refund for missed meals.
There are also a number of restaurants located within walking distance of the school. There is both a McDonald's and a Jolibee just one block from the school. There are also several local native Filipino restaurants near the school where students often eat their meals. Also, we are just 5 minutes away from the SM SEASIDE shopping mall, which has many different restaurants. (We keep a current list of restaurants and locations at school.)
In addition, we have a number of food delivery services (GRAB and Food Panda) available in the city, which can deliver food from almost any restaurant in the city! So, food will not be a problem.

Once agreed, a 25% non-refundable deposit confirms your booking (used for deposits/setup costs). The remaining balance must arrive in our account at least 1 week before arrival. We bill in US$; payments go to our corporate US$ bank account in the Philippines. All funds must be received before campers arrive. Once the camp begins, there are no cancellations or refunds.
Please share medical information for campers with severe allergies, chronic conditions, or diet/activity restrictions. All campers should have medical insurance and bring any required daily medications.
Several staff have emergency first-aid training, and our company nurse can assist with care. Cebu City has multiple modern hospitals, including facilities specializing in foreign patients. You and your kids will be in good hands!
