We take student safety very seriously and work to ensure you have the best study experience possible. We advise students on outside trips and sightseeing in the city. All minors are accompanied by a staff member or are in supervised groups wherever they go.
We also have a school nurse who monitors the health of staff and students and assists anyone who needs medical attention. (Please inform us about any medical needs or allergies so we can keep you safe.)
Cebu City has some of the finest healthcare facilities in the country. We have a company nurse who monitors health, a nearby doctor for minor issues, and a major hospital about 10 minutes away. If you have international health insurance, you won’t have any problems.
We opened in April 2012 and have been teaching American English for over 15 years! If you can travel to the Philippines, you can study with us face-to-face—or you can study online from anywhere.
You can come anytime. Availability depends on how full we are at the time you want to come. Our current maximum capacity is 30 students. Contact us for details about housing and class bookings.
Please study our Payment Rules page. To reserve, you must pay a non-refundable registration fee. This fee is not refunded, even for pandemic-related cancellations.
We will refund any balance payment you’ve made, minus bank/transfer charges (if any). Instead of a refund, we recommend rescheduling—your registration fee remains valid for up to 12 months.
We highly recommend paying by credit card; refunds are simpler and usually have the lowest fees.
We offer two options: face-to-face classes at our school in Cebu City, and online classes. We accept all levels. We assess and place students into LOW, MEDIUM, or HIGH level groups.
We also have a FREE ONLINE ASSESSMENT TEST. Anyone is welcome to take it—we’ll send an evaluation. Use the link or scan the QR code.
We recommend GROUP classes—students usually improve faster with classmates. MAN-TO-MAN is possible when space and teachers are available (often during lean season). MAN-TO-MAN is always available online.
GROUP classes are available for both classroom and online study; the maximum group size is six (6) students. If you want MAN-TO-MAN, contact us and we’ll see what we can do. (Note: MAN-TO-MAN costs more.)
Even if you enroll in GROUP classes, we offer free MAN-TO-MAN tutoring after school on weekdays. You can sign up each morning for a FREE 15-minute session with an American teacher and study anything you like.
Yes. We’ll assess you on arrival and place you in a group that helps you improve from any starting level. If your level is low, we recommend studying at least 4 months.
Yes. If you arrive before our requested Saturday arrival day, or stay after our requested Sunday departure day, you may attend classes on those extra days. You’ll just pay a daily study rate for the days you attend.
